Good programs aren't built around coordinators.
If this happens, it's not sustainable. I hope O is the right answer, but I hope for a sustainable and good program rather than a stepping stone for coordinators. Building around coordinators is not how it works.
I'll support CEO since he is likely the head coach, and by most accounts a decent person since being at LSU.
