Did you miss the Head Coach part of interim HEAD COACH? Do you not realize an interim head coach is coming into a situation where the previous head coach's team was sucking. Do you realize the interim head coach has less flexibility and is therefore a harder job then just HC because it is too late to fix all the things that need fixing?
