You'll probably have home health to start off with. The nurse will come out to monitor the incision for s/s infection and the physical therapist will come to get therapy going since you won't be able to get out for a little while. Once they feel like you can do outpatient therapy, they'll d/c you. You'll be fine. If you need a good HH agency, I know Bayou Home Health and Feliciana are both very good.

My wife had knee replacement surgery last Thursday. She was home Friday night and I've been driving her to rehab since Monday. She was able to walk on it without crutches by Tuesday.
