Sounds to me like someone's hair is on fire.
This will literally not effect me whatsoever.
I have an insurance agency, so it will effect my clients. My friends. My neighbors.
Plus, I am a principled person who believes in freedom, and will act and speak in it's defense at all times, whether it is mine or it is yours. I sincerely believe this to be an overreach by local authorities.

I'm unfamiliar with how it came to pass, as I have never visited the PCB area. The ban at Folly Beach, however, began as a petition drive started by the locals after a riot broke out involving cops being "assaulted" by 4th of July party goers or so go the reports.
