It was always my understanding that a tie is essentially half a win and half a loss...so you have two half wins and that gets you to 7 wins.
My guess would be that you have the tiebreaker over him. Not sure...but interesting scenario you're in.

It's this. I had essentially the same scenario in my league last year. 2 ties is equal to 1 win. Similarly, it's equal to 1 loss. Just think of each tie as .5 wins and .5 losses. The 6-3-2 team must be winning the tiebreaker over the 7-4 team.
