This is a man of high character and integrity. He's not leaving his alma mater after one year. Comparing him to Saban lulz
I do like him a lot and he'd be higher on my list than Gundy. But he's not as high as Jimbo/Herman.

Premised my comment on it not being Jimbo, Herman might be a home run but not much on his resume as a head man.
