As well as himself. Yes, he blames this person for Haim's drug problems, but Feldman says he was also abused, and was surrounded by abusers.

My best guess is Richard Donner, director of the Goonies (and many big name features) and producer of the Lost Boys, as well as quite a few other movies that featured child and YA actors.
