@ 800/bedroom you guys can pretty much afford anything around campus. If you want a nice pool/amenities then look at University House or Wildwood. Those are about the nicest plus both are going to be full of sorostitutes/tiger girls/cheeerleaders

I lived in a 3 bedroom penthouse at SG and it was $950/month plus utilities. 4 BR will be cheaper than that but IMO SG is not worth it

Is university house (the standard) better now? I heard it was pretty shite the year they opened (15-16).

I lived in Highland Village 2 almost all of college. It was great. Decent place, gated, could walk to class/the game, right next to shops and a couple restaurants, far enough from Alvin dark, etc.

per bedroom I meant, 4 girls there each paying 695

Highland Village 2 only has two and three bedrooms though.

They didn't fully finish it the year it opened. so some people moved into their rooms which were finished while the hallway still needed wiring to be hidden and drywall/ceiling tiles to be installed.
a few people even had to be put in hotels for a couple weeks at the beginning of the semester becaue the upper floors' rooms were not complete.
they really pissed a lot of people off because of that

Been visiting a friend there the last couple of months and the place looks like it's falling apart/not put together on the inside. And owners let their dogs shite in the parking garage. Nice.

2 is newer than the original. Built in the late 90s I believe.

Whatever you do, start actively looking now. Get on wait lists. The market is still a mess thanks to the flood.

all those company-run student living complexes are poo. that includes sterling, cottages, university house, the exchange, and all those new shitholes on burbank. either get a house or do the 333lofts or university view. for realz
