The best thing Orgeron has done is get Miles out of the playbook.
His practice schedule has gotten a lot of compliments from players and pundits alike.
He has managed the company business and let the players and coaches focus on prep.
He has pumped some energy into this team each week and has had them mentally ready to play. I even include the Bama game because they were ready but a few seemed to have been overwhelmed with it all.
Seems to have held this recruiting class together for now.
Seems to have instilled some discipline in the team as evidenced by the number of minor suspensions.
Oh Hell I almost forgot this one! He has brought back dissemination of meaningful info in the weekly pressers and radio shows!

There has always been discipline within the team as far as off the field incidents and breaking team rules,at least as far back as 2005 that I can recall. Perriloux kicked off the team, Mathieu kicked off the team, Jefferson suspended for half a season. Hell, one game against Auburn a few years back, there was three or four players suspended for the game, Spencer Ware being one of them.
You make it sound like the inmates were running the asylum before Orgeron was the head coach. That's just not the case.
