Pay Aranda 2.5 mill
Pay Kiffin 2 mill
You get everything you need.
Give them 4 yrs if it fail Aranda takes head job. This is enough time to get him ready.
I doubt if this fails though.
O has given LSU what I've been looking for. beat the snot out of teams your suppose to mizzou Olle miss Arkansas are inferior. If he beats Florida and a&m in the same fashion I say go for it.
O master recruiter LSU keep Louisiana boys home plus get some five stars from out of state.
Aranda master play caller he keeps teams out the endzone.
Kiffin master play caller he keeps lighting up the scoreboard.
If O ask for a raise that means he have at least won the sec, which means LSU made the playoffs.
All for 7.5 mill which LSU will shell out for 1 HC.

Look at all the success or lack there of that the coaches that most wanted have had WITH THEIR OWN SYSTEMS vs the success that coach O has had with CLM system.
I think this is a no-brainier.
This is one of the best gigs in the country, no doubt. But it NOT most of those coaches you mentioned dream job.
Coach O gives you the best of both worlds.
What happens when we hire Fisher or Herman and they didn't instantly provide a championship, which is the more likely scenario based on the talent we lose next yr.
We probably wind up with a multiple loss season which is very possible.
You idiots would be the first to turn on him and be calling for his head. Most would be clamoring that we should have hired the other one.
Coach O give us as good a chance at beating Saban as the other 2 or three.
He simply needs to go out and find a smart OC and QB caoch.
