I would say when NC tied up and Trump going ahead. Around that time Florida and Virginia became tight. When Hillary couldn't close the deal early on Virginia, it was clear Hillary was in trouble.
In 2012 Romney won NC but it was a struggle to do it and it foretold the rest of the night. Virginia was the same for hillary.

I started to sense trouble for her when Florida was close and the pan handle hadn't reported yet.
