When it comes to your kid being involved, it's not the time to take a stand. So you're going to get the teacher in trouble and leave your kid in her class? frick that. Tell the principal what's up and take your kid out. If they fire her then you can put your kid back in.

Go to her principal, remain calm and respectful. Demand that she apologize to you and all her students and let it go. People have been lied to a messed with by a media machine. It's not her fault that she's scared and upset, it's the media. But her behaivor demands correction.
