I haven't had time to read it but I obviously missed it. What clause in the Constitution did they use to make that a Federal issue? I'm curious because marriage has typically been a State power. I'm a State rights guy so I'm genuinely curious.
. . . it was the Judge Roy Moore thing here for the last forever (after the commandments and mitzvah's) . And the fat clerk from Kentucky that stayed in the news for weeks?
