It won't be slavery, but it will be a continuation of the paying of substandard non living wages to hard workers who go broke while the uber rich make more money.
We'll continue to subsidize Walmart and others by giving government money to those who can't earn enough money to live.
There won't be a $15 minimum wage for a while now, and there probably will be a rollback on other labor gains.
Not slavery, to say so would be offensive. But, it is third world treatment of workers.

Even Mcd's workers make higher than minimum wage. They should do without it completely.

Hello Robots. I would love the minimum wage to go to $20 at least. The leaps in technology and AI would be amazing to see. Goodbye Human jobs in this country.

Yoga girl I grew up poorer than dirt but you know what I did? I didn't blame anyone for my circumstances because I'm a first generation immigrant from Russia as soon as the wall came down and didn't expect anything to be easy. I OUT WORKED MY PEERS TO GET AHEAD it's the most American thing you can do. Nobody owes you shite except the rights to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. What you choose to do with that is your choice stop blaming others for your short comings
