Funny that you asked that question. I just read an email from Mackie Mileston about Hangover Preventions and Solutions so Cheers!!
Hangover Prevention
Limit one drink per hour – 5 drinks is considered “heavy drinking.”
Have a glass of beer, have a glass of water
Eat before your drink
Prevent dehydration during sleep – water before bedtime and kept next to the bed.
Hangover Solutions
Try low sugar coconut water to replace lost electrolytes.
Ginger for nausea
Tomato juice to replace sugar and lycopene reduces inflammation
Banana for replacing potassium
Asparagus – one of its enzymes has been shown to break down alcohol
