Dynasty trade eval

PPR; $100 cap 16 team; start 1 RB, 2WR, 1 TE, and 2 flex (usually 2 WRs)
I'm 9-1 in division
Give $3 Cousins, $2.50 Crowder, and $2.25 Hunter Henry ...have to drop Sharpe to make cap work
for
$6 Big Ben, $9 Fitz, and $4.00 Kendricks
Cousins isn't big name but he has produced, not sure Ben is that much better...love Henry in dynasty especially at his price; but with my record its time to win now.

Record shouldn't be the deciding factor in going into win-now mode. You should look at your roster compared to others in the league and, objectively, make a decision on whether or not your team can win the championship.
If you think your team is going to be the favorite after this trade, go for it. You may only get a year or 2 out of Fitz, but Ben should help you for a few more years. I would immediately look to upgrade the backup QB position though, since Ben carries a high injury risk. Also, try to trade Sharpe for a pick, don't just drop him...he's a 2nd round value.

Kind of what my gut says, but thinking I may be stupid not getting Ben and Fitz for playoff run over Cousins Crowder/Henry
