Same here. Bought a Cuisinart Green Gourmet 8 inch ceramic coated skillet a few months ago and it's been great. Granted, it did cost $49 from Bed Bath and Beyond. We use this one piece almost exclusively. I plan to upgrade all of our cookware piece by piece to Cuisinart Green Gourmet.
