If you have a strong neighbor to help you out, the cost of the springs and about a half hour. I've replaced all 4 of mine. I go ahead and replace the pair on a single door when one breaks.

Garage door is one of those things I don't want to mess with. Good chance I'll injure myself.

I did mine by myself. Definitely would have been easier with an extra person though
