Hmm....so leaders in the poorest counties in Alabama and probably ranking pretty poor nationally, want a road built because it would provide a positive economic benefit....the audacity!!!!! Those militants!!!!!

I'm not on either side here.
I'm of the camp to improve/upgrade roads where needed most.
Our governments are too strapped to just spend billions to upgrade a highway which MAY bring in another business.
Put the billions where it ALREADY is needed.
