You can still be multiple out of the shotgun. I thought the play selection the first two drives vs OM were somewhat forced and disjointed. However, the 2 back look out of the gun with Guice and LF Could be an effective weapon against Bama. Getting them involved in the passing game puts Bama's LBs in tough coverage situations. It also gives Etling an extra split second against the rush.
I'm not saying we will work out of it a ton, but I do think we will see more of it sprinkled throughout the game. I also bet we will see some targeted HUNH. If you want to run inside vs Bama, the second or third play of a quick sequence may give us an opening for LF if someone is late to a spot or gets a little winded. Again, just in spots.
