Depends on if i am working for the best company in the country and even though my boss is an a-hole if he can improve me as an employee and future ceo i would shut up and listen until i got a job as ceo. Especially if that could happen this year.

Keep o as head coach, hire spurrier as o coordinator. Let O handle recruiting and spurrier can golf and coach the offense. Championship
