What grinds my gears is the supervisor at customer service I spoke to told me that my order was "too far" into processing and could not be cancelled at this point. Only option would be to wait till it gets here, then return it, and my refund would come like 11 days later after they get the order back. They even insisted that since I wasn't satisfied they would cover the return shipping. Gee thanks, assholes!
