ate here two times on my trip last week and both times it was awesome. If they have the tuna on special this is a must have. I really enjoyed the scallops as well.

Good beer and good food. We watched the Saints beat the Panthers downstairs, the place was full, but we were the only ones watching the game it seemed.

Zambra is a tapas place downtown with great food and an interesting wine list that you should check out as well.

One World Brewing has an interesting tasting room that is kind of hidden. They currently only sell kegs to local establishment and have a plan eventually to distribute. The walk down the alley and down some dark stairs to get to the tasting room was a bit creepy but well worth it.

Overall, I was really blown away by Asheville, the food, beer, beauty of the area and friendliness of the people was impressive. Asheville also has a disproportionate share of lesbians, dogs and gutter punks though.

Enjoy your trip.

I also found that the prices for food and drink was very reasonable.
