Have hunted nothing but private land the last 15 years and owned it for 10 compete with beautiful camp. Don't drink and hunt and wouldn't let others if they asked.

You might be fine with it, but where is that line and who draws it? Also stuff happens. When whatever it is that happens (you fall getting out of stand, bad shot placement on big buck, accident, etc) you don't want the phrase "and he had been drinking" associated with whatever happened.
