In season 2, 1/3 of the episodes were garbage.
I haven't finished this season adn will gladly agree that nothing so far is on par with the best of the best prior to S4, but I'm not sure a bad episode or 2 would be enough to sway me of not watching again.

in contrast, i think only 1/3 of this season was pretty good. not even great.

All I have left is the finale of Season 3 and I don't see how you can call any of the episodes garbage.
Even at it's weakest, I think the show delivers
