Herman - Won more games in his first year of being a HC than O did in 3 years at a much lower quality school.

Jimbo - Won 3 ACC championships, an NC, and top 5 recruiting classes

Petrino - Wins everywhere he goes. Had Arky in the Sugar bowl.

Fleck - Took a horrible bottom dweller and made them respectable in a few years. Has that same team ranked for the first time in history.

I'm not claiming Chip Kelly has any interest, but if he does, he goes up to 1 or 2.

All those guys have always been winners.
