Bought two chickens from him Saturday morning, brined starting at noon until about 8pm then dried and put in fridge uncovered overnight. 1pm Sunday put in 400 oven for 50 minutes and they were the best roasted chicken you can eat.
His chicken is $3.50 per pound and worth every penny.
5lb bag of chicken feet for 5 bucks.
Berkshire pork belly in my freezer now.
He will move as much product as he can stock.
