I just can't see why it would be offered as a wedding dress. who the hell would actually buy it for that purpose?

So there are these people, mostly women, who are desperate for attention. One way to get attention is to dress really slutty.
One day when everybody has to give you attention, as a woman, is your wedding day. It is the perfect day to be "daring" and make everyone talk about you.
