I think that is a robo response. I got the exact identical response literally 6 seconds after emailing him myself to thank him for his compassionate care he provided Mike and to offer my sympathies for the loss.

Honestly I didn't expect a reply when I emailed. Mine definitely wasn't a robo-response because they specifically replied to my statements. Full time job for the next few days, I'm sure.
