Florida because they refused to move the game. This was an easy decision to make and they decided to try to make LSU's situation as difficult as possible. It blew up on them in the end.

It was a cowardly move by UF.

Who is the boss here? It's the SEC. Once the conference saw FU wasn't gonna budge, the SEC should have stepped in and dictated what should happen. If FU gets mad, what are they gonna do? Leave the conference? Forfeit the game? Hold the unreasonable party's feet to the fire.

SEC. They could have told Florida to make a decision for LSU or a neutral site, or one would be made for them.
