She said that several people began to recognize her and encourage her each week. It made her feel very frustrated to stand out so much at the gym. I never really thought about that. She just wanted to be treated like everyone else at the gym, and not like a special kid learning how to read.
Secondly, if she wasn't a grimace before she started going to the gym.... then people wouldn't feel the need to encourage her.
In both instances, it's her own fault. SO, I don't feel sorry for her hurt feelings. She should just go eat another tub of ice cream to make her feel better.
