Well that blows. The Amazon reviews I've read on the trucker one seem a little more positive than that re boosting weak signal on the road.
I'm gonna bite bullet and if it sucks just use the 30 days.
Eta: did it. Taking it to Cape San Blas (St Joe Peninsula SP) and installing on truck or truck camper. Will report back. Hopefully from campsite....

Let us know how the install is and how it works. I've had a few clients asking about it. Have never had any good, cost effective solutions for this in the past.
