Kiffin will be a HC next year someplace like U.K. or Houston! Why take a third of the money minimum to be an OC again?? It won't happen.

I would like K Briles or the Texas OC and we could get either one, BUT if win enough games for coach O to stay (almost all of them), then how do get rid of Emsdinger after what be a remarkable turnaround of offense!!

Assuming the defense continues to improve as it has within the season (and to give Aranda credit - he put in his scheme, basically the player's 3rd scheme in 3 seasons, and while it was porous at first, it has been stingy on points the whole seasons - even put points on the board against Wiscy but it wasn't enough to save our hapless offense), and Ensminger has more and more time to make changes that are effective with who we have right now - with Orgeron and Craig's recruiting prowess, I don't see how we don't do whatever is necessary to keep the staff intact. If Aranda wants to change out position coaches in the offseason - I can see that - BDP isn't going to coach linebackers and, let's face it, I love Pete Jenkins as much as the next person, but he's 75. He might not be able to handle the full load of coaching a position, recruiting and the whole deal.

But, as far as the top line guys - O, Ensminger, Craig (RC) and Aranda - if we win out - or even drop a close game to Bama, I don't know how you replace a staff that does that under these circumstances. Maybe not a full 5-year deal, but a 3-year - at the very minimum would be warranted, IMHO.
