You keep going back to this point. People are generally much quieter during a golfer's backswing than in any other moment in sports. It's not really even close. Sure there is noise and activity, but I have seen multiple golfers stop play simply because a golf cart is moving somewhere in there peripheral vision. They are so insanely secluded in that moment that you can't compare it to anything else in sport.

You're mad because people have to be quiet for 3 seconds while a guy hits the ball? Is it really asking that much?
