LSU stormed through the competition on their way to the championship in the 2nd Annual NOLA Collegiate 7's Tournament. I can't find scores for all of the matches, but for the ones I caught streaming the competition was outclassed.
Here's your champion team.
Winning this tournament brings an interesting discussion up for LSU. The club will always be a 15s squad first. But if offered a spot in one of the nation 7s tournaments that you see on TV, a bid would be hard to turn down.
LSU has another week off before heading up to College Station for what could potentially clinch their Red River division.
As always,
Geaux Tigers! Bulawayo!

That match was the closest one of the day for the Tigers as the final was 19-10 in the Tiger's favor. Overall LSU outscored it's opponents 158-20 over the five game tournament.
