I really hope so! But considering the preparation time between games is so limited for the team to learn and practice new/different offensive concepts, I don't expect too much for this season. Hope I'm completely mistaken though!

Most coaches evolve, adapt and get better over time.
The stubborn ones that don't, usually get fired.
I'm sure Ensminger is a better and more knowledgeable coach now, than he was at his previous stops. (The same with Nick and others)
Let's see what he's got away from Ding and Dong........
