Hakeem had a great series, but so did Shaq. Shaq had more turnovers, and he wasn't yet able to deal with Hakeem, but Shaq was definitely the second best player in that series. I wouldn't say he was made to look silly. If someone doesn't kidnap Nick Anderson and replace him with whomever that was in the season, we probably remember that series much differently.

You're probably right. I am just remembering the SA series, after which he had reached godlike status. The fact that the Magic Finals were a sweep and Hakeem scored the last points of the series on a 3 just leaves a big impression.
