Billy's might be the best.
Here are two that aren't talked about enough on here, and I've had Billy's, Don's, Best Stop, Market Basket (LC), and others.
Cormier's in Jennings has some amazing Jalapeno Boudin. It's a close second to Billy's.
Cormie's in LC - Is about as good as Cormier's.

Definitely can back you up on this. Not as good as Billy's, but damn good.
