Ceiling height? 8' 9' 10'...higher?

ranch or multi-level?

Custom doors? solid core, raised panel, hollow core flush?

Moldings? costs vary widely...no crown? 3" 4" 5" 2 piece, 3 piece...more?

Granite everywhere? No where?

I could go on and on. Stout could triple this list in 5 minutes...
