We don't need someone who can build a program like him, we already have that. We need someone who can maintain it like Les, but also be the sort of tactician/football genius that gives him fits if they had the right talent. There are a few guys that could do it.

Maybe so, but as of Sunday, we are outside of the Top 25. Some reality equals "some building"
