THIS! I agree. Miles lost his fire. That and he seemed to accept mediocrity. In one of the player interviews about Mondays Practice, one of the players.... can't remember, but he said that Coach O was so much more vocal, yelling at players and stated that was different then CLM, who never yelled at practice.

Yelling does not equal teaching. There were plenty of assistant coaches yelling.
