Loomis & Payton to an extent as far as player personnel. But Payton has relinquished play calling duties as well as personnel stuff, so at least he is recognizing the faults. We're a team in transition, but its hard to argue with his track record. Even after some bad seasons, his W/L is still well over .500
He's fielded 2 legit super bowl caliber teams. We can't do better and most other teams couldnt either.
