it was a disaster with coach O. He wanted to fight everyone; encouraged players to fight at practice. He cursed at fundraisers. His wife constantly bickered with her neighbors. There was no discipline on the team. Ole Miss definitely not bottom feeders as they had plenty of success in the 50's, 60's, and 70's. Had success in the 90's with Tuberville then the Eli years with Cutcliffe and now wit Freeze. Some of you forget how bad LSU was for a stretch in the 80's and 90's.

IMO, LSU can attract a higher profile coach than coach O. He'll have a chance to prove himself and I do believe he has changed as a coach and as a person than what he displayed in Oxford.

Long time ago./ nice insight. I remember the USC situation and he did an outstanding job turning things around. That team would've been 3-9 4-8 if O doesn't take over
