These players have been the studs of their teams for probably 10 years playing this game.

being the star of the team has nothing to do with situational football acumen... not to mention different rules for differing levels of football....

know who SHOULD have better situational awareness and knowledge? the HC that is a paid PROFESSIONAL, not the AMATEUR athletes you keep harping about.... did they produce to the full limit of their ability? frick no, but to peg them with 100% of the blame, while shirking responsibility from Miles, Cam, or anyone else that, again, is a paid PROFESSIONAL shows you have either no knowledge of anything football related, or an agenda to push, if not both...

to think, before this thread, you were pretty decently regarded, but falling on your sword for the ineptness from last night has become your coup de gras...

A ton of people in this thread are mistaking that I think the game was called right, the coaches are awesome, Miles should stay or any number of reaches that I am not saying.

I do think we could have won big, I do think there were coaching screwups, I agree with alot of what everyone thinks needs upgrading in the program.

But for last nights game, it's one of the 2-3 games I have seen in 40 years of watching football where you can definitively show that nothing need be changed AT ALL in anything having to do with "snap to the conclusion of the play".

You can eliminate everything but the mediocre urgency BY THE PLAYERS during the 2 minute drive.

You get that back and the snap is valid and the winning TD pass is valid.
