TO make this shite all worse, Jacksonville has gotten 3-5" of rain over the last 2 days and a noreaster has kept all the rivers and marshes pretty full up. The surge will happen with completely saturated marsh.


It is just completely storming here, and this isn't even related to Matthew.

Last recon pass has both eyewalls contracting.

It's looking very violent on satellite. Getting organized very well. Just hope it runs out of time if it can squeeze out the inner wall and start dropping pressure.

yup, it's been a miserable day...i don't live near a river, but i am nervous that the water in my backyard is going to flood into my family room during this storm.

Yeah it's been raining A LOT! That's what really worries me is the saturated grounds then the strong winds to follow.

We just got to my in laws farm west of town, evacuated from the icw from Palm valley.
