Sure, it's normal.

I know a school can't stop kids from fighting, but you gotta admit, fighting for that long would logically be a concern for parents for no person of authority to be around. Of course, I'm assuming it's during school hours and not far removed from the school, if not, disregard.

Yea, it's normal and no big deal...until something tragic happened, which we see from time to time.
