Alright took the carb off. Bottom of carb screw are frozen. Soaked with wd40 and nothing. Sprayed seam foam I'm every inlet I could find. Let it soak a while. Went to start bike and full pouring out of a break in the line from the tank. Dry rot. Full overhaul on all lines and carb on Monday or Sunday if I can get to it
