Net54 or Ebay would be the best places to sell to maximize your profit on the vintage stuff... but you'd need to sell them off over time. If you're looking to dump them all at once you're going to lose out.

I have a decent collection of pre-WWII myself.

The best way to get the most out of them would be consigning to an auction house that deals in vintage cards... Mile High, Brockelman, REA, Heritage, etc.
