I thought Lane Kiffin continually having prestigious head coaching jobs was the most perplexing coaching moves in football history, but this tops it.

I mean, looking at his team's records by seasons... he doesn't seem like a bad coach.
Almost every year he's around .500, with a handful of years with a poor record like 5-11 or 6-10, and with a handful of years where he's gone 13-3 or 12-4.
So he's actually done pretty well with the shitty teams he's been given in my opinion.
