Yes and those people are probably hiding some serious insecurities and fear of failure causing them to strike out anonymously. They are wrong for what they do IMO there is no debating it. I just think Brandon is an emotional young man over time he will learn to deal with those emotions and put them in context. It certainly doesn't make him a bad person. To be a good leader you have to have control of you emotions to think clearly, and he hasn't learned that yet. That is constructive criticism that is not what most people who live in the twitter world give.
